Corporate Outplacement programs include the iPad2 fully integrated to provide FaceTime coaching as well as function as a single source instantly available. The iPad2 is integral to our Forward Thinking Approach. The cost and monthly fees are paid as part of the job search transitioning fee. Clients receive entire books, working documents, event lists, interview guides, salary reports, and much more via the iPad2. Most valuable is the one-on-one coaching and mock interviewing sessions. It is a single portable place for receiving, developing and maintaining content for the entire coaching program.

ExecutiveJobCoach

ExecutiveJobCoach programs are focused for individuals and are structured for 3 and 6 months. Such programs include assessment tools, Job S.W.O.T, development of a marketing plan, weekly coaching, access to events, proprietary sources, and creative job search approaches. Full content is included for profiles, bios, resumes, cover or contact letters, interview practice and job offer negotiation. Professional presence programs can also be structured. A specific proposal is developed for all interested clients.
