Charles A. Moldenhauer

He began his career with Ford Motor Company and was New York Director for
Landor Associates. He received an MBA from Columbia Business School in New
York In addition to founding several consulting firms Charles established a
reputation in working with premier companies and their management teams. While
Managing Director North America for DBM he changed the
business model and produced an extrodinary success rate for managers and
senior executives. Long interested in leadership and career development he
initiated inventive ways of meeting the needs of people in job transitions.

William Brown

A proven business executive including senior positions with PECO Energy Company, Estee Lauder and academic positions with SUNY Maritime College and Suffolk County Community College. Bill is a graduate of George Washington University (MBA), and St. Francis College (BA) in addition to other education and U.S. Navy career training. In addition to teaching Bill has over many years provided career coaching and continues to attend training courses.

University (MBA). Ed Straw has important relationships with leading
corporations in the NY region, U.S. and global markets. Ed has held many
public and private sector board memberships. Among these are: MeadWestvaco,
Eddie Bauer Holdings, Panther Expedited Services, Ply Gem Industries and
Odyssey Logistics and Technology. He has over many years informally coached
senior military officers promising executives.
